There is almost nothing that gives a greater sense of achievement than making a kite yourself and having it fly well. Success at flying their own kite gives children a boost of confidence because they can see and feel what a good job they did.

Many primary schools have “Whole School Projects”. Some schools use our kites as a focal point of their project, both as a learning example and reward. Such a project is a great thing for children, and it also motivates teachers as well.

Some of the projects we have worked with are:

“A school’s curriculum should help children become the very best they can be. It will prepare them for the opportunities and challenges of life in the 21st century. They will be:

  • Successful learners
  • Confident individuals
  • Responsible citizens

These aims should be the starting point for curriculum design.” ......
